Curves are the Safewaterline income model, not observed sales. The rate is the median of public listings in the 90 days before each month-end. See methodology.

What each status means

listing A public price read from a provider's page on a date, quoted and linked. The rate is the 90-day median of these.
model A generic estimate from the portal model, not an appraisal.
comp An observed sale or auction result. None published yet. The curve becomes a benchmark when this column fills.
filings Read from a public SEC filing, with the quote.

What the desk adds

Exchanges price the hour. Safewaterline prices the unit over its life and what a lender gets back if it has to sell. The second number is the one in the credit memo, and it comes from the same model the desk appraises with.

Not on this page

Forward rental curves, token prices and benchmark tests. Those belong to the exchange index administrators. Robot, equipment and ship curves wait for the desk to have comps. See Research for the frameworks.
