Your documents, one place
Drop what you already have on file. The clerk reads each document, files it, and fills the pre-qualification with a cursor you can watch. You answer what the documents do not say, sign, and send.
Documents first. The form follows.
Three or four documents start an appraisal. Everything else can follow in the portal. Nothing reaches the desk until you press send.
1. Drop
PDF, spreadsheet export, text or photos. The clerk reads each one and tells you what it is and how sure it is.
2. Watch it file and fill
Each document lands in its slot. Each field it can answer is typed with the source named next to it. When two documents disagree it asks you, not the desk.
3. Answer what is left, sign, send
A short list on the left shows what only you can answer. Three authorizations and a typed signature, then the desk replies within one business day.
One docket per asset class. Each document fills named fields.
Required documents start the appraisal. Optional ones raise the advance or save a question. Company documents are the same for every class and fill the company section: formation certificate, EIN letter, financial statements, a bank statement, the cap table, and any existing loan agreement.

Read in your browser. Sent when you say so.
Read, not stored
Each document is read by Claude through Safewaterline to pull out the facts. The files stay in your browser until the desk's data room opens for your organization.
Every action has a source
Each filled field names the document and page it came from. Your corrections are kept and never overwritten.
It never submits
The clerk cannot press send. You read the page, sign, and send it yourself.
