Leasing under your brand, without a finance arm

Put a lease option on every quote. Your customer applies on your site. We appraise the order, find the lender, close the documents and monitor the units. You ship and get paid in full.

The problem

Deals stall at the budget, not at the spec.

Your buyer wants the hardware. Their board does not want the cash out. A captive finance arm fixes that, but it takes a balance sheet, a credit team and years. Most manufacturers do not have one for GPUs, robots or new machine lines.

Bank financing is slow

A bank does not know what a two year old server or robot is worth. The answer takes weeks, and the deal goes cold.

Third party lessors take the customer

Their brand, their portal, their upgrade offer. At end of term, the customer is theirs.

A captive finance arm is a second company

Capital, credit, servicing, collections and remarketing. That is a lot of work just to move units.

What you get

A leasing program with your name on it. We run it.

At the quote

A lease price next to the buy price

A monthly figure on your configurator, quote PDF or sales tool, through an API or a hosted page on your domain.

Application

Your brand, our engine

The customer applies on a page that looks like yours. Pre-qualification in days, not weeks, because we already know what the units are worth.

Funding

Our lender network, not your balance sheet

We send the order to lenders whose credit box fits it. The lender funds the lease and holds the lien. You get paid in full at shipment.

Documents

Closed in one data room

Lease agreement, serial schedule, insurance, lien filing and e-signature, all in one place.

Monitoring

From the telemetry you already ship

We read the management controller or machine data your units already produce. Lenders see the collateral they lent against. See the monitor demo.

End of term

The customer comes back to you

Upgrade, extend or buy out, all through your channel. Returned units go back to you for refurbishment or to our resale desk.

Who it is for

Manufacturers, dealers and resellers of equipment that holds its value.

GPU servers first, because that is where our appraisal method is furthest along. Other classes follow as each one leaves underwriting.

Server and GPU manufacturers

Open now. Rack scale orders, neoclouds and enterprise AI buyers.

Robot manufacturers

In underwriting. Arms and mobile robots.

Truck, construction, farm and factory equipment manufacturers

Coming soon.

Dealers, resellers and distributors

The same program, on your quote instead of the manufacturer's.

Questions
Who are your current vendor partners?

The program is new. We do not name partners on this site without written consent.

Does the customer see Safewaterline?

Only where the law requires it, for example in disclosures and the lender's name on the lease. The quote, application and portal carry your brand.

Who takes the credit risk?

The lender. Safewaterline is not a lender and does not hold the lease. You do not take credit risk unless you choose a recourse or buyback program.

Do you need our telemetry data?

Only for units on a lease, and only the fields needed for the covenants: power, utilisation, location and health. It goes to the lender and the customer. It is not sold, and it is not used in a published figure.

How long does integration take?

A hosted page on your domain can be live in weeks. An API in your configurator depends on your team.
