Robot collateral
Your robots are checked against the covenants every frame, and you see the same screen we do
A lender usually learns a robot broke its operating terms at the claim. We learn it at the frame. The camera gives position, speed, grasp and release. The controller gives force, latency and the software version. Each covenant turns green or red as the robot works, and the lender sees the same evidence.
Covenants
Vision signals are measured from the published clip. Controller signals are simulated until the bridge is live. Figures are illustrative.
You see what we see
The same panel, the same frame, the same number. No surprise margin call, because the curve is visible to both sides before anyone acts on it.
Evidence, not inference
Every covenant names the signal it reads and where the signal comes from. A measurement from the camera is labelled live. A value we do not yet have is labelled simulated.
A breach shows its frame
A breach is flagged in the open, with the frame that caused it. You and the lender get the same notice.
The eight covenants on this policy
Each one is a term in the loan or policy document. Each one has a sensor behind it.
Pledge the fleet. Keep it working.
Send us the controller export from one robot and we will return an appraisal report and an indicative range.
